- Comfy Style Review added: 2018.08.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had an Ultasound appointment. Never been before to anything like this. The technician did not introduce herself. Did not explain procedure or when she was going to start. Was very heavy handed. Rude & told me my diagnosis. Is she qualified to do this?? Did not put me at my ease. Communication was non-existent along with a smile. I will never ever put myself through this again because it was an awful experience & this is not half of it!! Your technician needs people skills. I won’t even bother going back to the GP just in case I would have to be referred again- thanks technician for an awful experience!!

The professional care and kindness i was given was excellent.
The Consultants, Doctors and Nursing staff were reassuring and Professional.
The staff answered all my questions and worries with straight and helpful answers.
I was treated with dignity and privacy.
The food i was given was tasty, hot and well prepared.
The rooms were cleaned at least twice a day and were spotless.
This is the NHS at its best.
